Is the autonomous arrival possible?
Yes. You enter alone per key box between 5pm and 11pm, without an appointment and without picking up a key. Departure is before 11:00. Some photos of the accommodation can be requested at the beginning to facilitate the check of its condition. The terms of the security deposit are specified before booking.
Can we park easily?
Yes, and it is useful to know the nuance. The nearest places, at about 100 meters, are in blue zone : parking is free but limited to 1h30, Monday to Friday from 9h to 12h30 and from 14h to 18h, with a disc to be placed behind the windshield. Outside these hours, evenings and weekends, the duration is free. To leave the car several days without disc, the free parking without time limit is about 200 meters.
Is the tram for Montpellier close?
Yes. The Saint-Jean de Védas Centre stop, end of line 2, is 540 meters away, 7 minutes walk. Place de la Comédie is 25 minutes away and 13 stops. A tram passes every 11 minutes in rush hour and every 15 minutes in the day, from 5h45 to 1h02.
Is there a minimum stay?
No, one night is enough, both on the studio and on the duplex.
