Booking directly gives you a 10% discount on the nightly rate compared with the reference price on booking platforms, for the same dates and number of guests.

The total amount and its breakdown (nights, cleaning and tourist tax) are shown before payment during booking.

Cleaning costs EUR 35.00 for the studio and EUR 50.00 for the duplex and is shown separately. No service or payment fee is added.

Studio : 1 night minimum, 21 nights maximum online, 2 travelers maximum.

Duplex : 1 night minimum, 21 nights maximum online, 4 travelers maximum.

The studio only welcomes adults. The duplex welcomes families up to four travelers.

Self check-in by key box is available from 17:00 to 23:00. Check-out is before 11:00. Parties and events are not permitted.

These terms apply only to direct bookings. For bookings through Airbnb, Booking.com or Abritel, the terms of the selected platform and rate apply.

Free cancellation until 23:59 Paris time, five days before arrival : the full amount paid is refunded.

After this deadline, the accommodation and cleaning charges remain payable. Tourist tax is refunded because it is due only for nights actually spent at the property.

The refund is made on the card used within 5 to 10 working days depending on the bank. To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or write to us from the contact page.

Under Article L221-28, paragraph 12, of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation supplied for a specific date or period. Your booking is binding once payment is made; the cancellation policy above is the only applicable cancellation right.

Studio : EUR 300.00. Duplex : EUR 500.00. The security deposit is a card authorization, not a charge, placed the day before arrival on the card used to book.

The authorization appears as a pending transaction and temporarily reduces your available card balance. If your bank requires verification, you will receive a secure link by email.

A card authorization expires after approximately seven days. For stays of six nights or more, a new authorization for the same amount is placed the day before departure; the previous one expires automatically.

If no damage is found, the authorization is released after the departure inspection or expires automatically. If damage is documented with photos and a replacement or repair invoice, only the proven loss may be charged, up to the deposit amount. We will notify you by email with the evidence of any charge.

Tourist tax is collected for the municipality of Saint-Jean-de-Védas and Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole. For unclassified accommodation, the rate is 7.2% of the nightly price before tax per person, capped at EUR 7.06 per person per night. This rate includes the departmental and regional shares, with no additional tax.

At booking, tourist tax is shown on a separate line at 7.2% of the accommodation price. Minors are exempt and the cap per person applies. If either rule reduces the tax for your stay, the difference is refunded after departure. All tax collected is passed on to the local authority.

The booking route is provided by Beds24. The total amount (100%) is paid by credit card at the time of booking, via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, approved payment provider. If the payment does not succeed, the reservation is cancelled.

The site does not collect or store your credit card data. The card is registered by Stripe, only for the security deposit described above.

The information entered in the booking route is used to manage your stay. Consult the terms and conditions and the privacy policy presented before confirming.
